Mommy-To-Be Massage

Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of the mother-to-be. Specially designed massage table, cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen. Pre-Natal clients must be out of their first trimester to receive service.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Lymphatic Drainage is a very gentle, light, nudging massage that helps to direct lymphatic fluid towards the lymph nodes. No oils, lotions or creams are used during this service. This service is very popular for post surgical procedures.

Let me gently guide you through some stretching. All you need to do is relax and breathe. Please make sure you wear or pack comfy clothes that allow you to move freely during your stretch session.
